This site is a tribute to Spike Bridge, who was born in Maldon Essex on February 15, 1994.  I watched Spike being born, his Mum was my beautiful Shih Tzu Sophie.    He was one of 7 pups, the connection was there immediately and I kept him, to join our other 3 dogs.  He was/is and always will be my Heart Dog, my Soul mate, my 'Eternal Puppy'. He was my companion, we went everywhere together. When I became ill, he never left me and gave me the will to keep going. He was gorgeous, funny, feisty, loved everyone. He left much too soon and I looked after him 24/7 during the last 18 months of his life--His last walk was with me. My heart is still 💔 I loved him more than life  🌈
